# RZR Token Pool Launch

The RZR token sale will occur via Raydium's [CLMM pool](https://docs.raydium.io/raydium/~/changes/RaVY5reeE9b0iaInst59/liquidity-providers/providing-concentrated-liquidity-clmm/intro-on-concentrated-liquidity), with a price range of \~8 - 12 cents for **20 million RZR** tokens. This CLMM Pool will go live on January 5th, 2024 and close on February 3rd, 2024 or if 20 million RZR tokens are sold out. <br>

The creation of a standard AMM pool on Raydium for RZR will follow the closing of the RZR CLMM pool. The launch price of the public liquidity pool(AMM pool) will be at up to a **100% premium** to the token sale price, i.e. RZR will begin trading at 16 cents when the AMM pool opens. \

The launch of the public liquidity pool will nearly coincide with the launch of the RaiseR platform, which goes live on Feb 1st, 2024. <br>
